This hotel is nice, and has great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying a coffee at the shop!

it has marvellous and incredible location to see an indoor market hall. and the area is crowded short walk to central market, churches and other historical sites, the train station and the centre of florence, and all the attractions.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
I enjoyed my three-night stay. The room was clean but could use better air conditioning. The heat outside made it uncomfortable at times. The staff, particularly Vincenzo, made mornings good with his vibrant energy during breakfast. Pro tip, enjoy the proximity to the train station for day trips!

Solo traveler seeking a unique experience
The convenient location was a huge plus, only a short walk to main attractions and right behind the market. The bar was only open in the evenings but when it was, the barman was cheerful and kept us stocked up with drinks, which really lightened the mood after a long day.

Had a blast with friends! We loved being close to the train station and the local food market. The spacious room was a plus, and the breakfast had a good variety. Make sure to explore the nearby charming trattorias for authentic Tuscan cuisine!
The wifi was spotty, tough to stay connected. Hopefully, they'll improve that .

The hotel is close to old city. There isn't garage in the hotel, but there is a garage just across the hotel. Hotel was warm enough and among breakfast menu, fruit was very fresh and delicious.
Parking fee was little bit expensive.

Location was excellent near station and tourist area and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money
Noisy the first night due to the drains being cleaned for several hours in the street below my room. Kettle in room would be useful and also info on nearby restaurants
